Cancellation Policy

Effective for orders placed via the Store or bespoke services of  4x Engineer (https://www.4xengineer.com)

  1. Store Products (software license keys, credits, on-site tools):
    • A cancellation request may be made within 7 days of purchase, provided the product key has not been activated and, where applicable, no credits have been used.
    • If the license key has been activated or the credits (e.g., Text-to-Image service) have been used, no cancellation is permitted.

  2. MQL Lock Service, Custom Software Development, Activation/Projects:
    • These services commence immediately or shortly after payment. Once payment is made and the service starts (including any work-initiation, project setup, or license activation), no cancellation or refund is permitted for those orders.

  3. How to Request Cancellation:
    • To request cancellation, send an email to support@4xengineer.com with your Order Number, date of purchase, and reason for cancellation. Only eligible requests (as per above) will be processed.
    • If approved, the cancellation will be confirmed by email and any refund will be processed according to our Refund Policy.
    •
